SLIDELL, La. (WGNO) – The St. Tammany Parish man who was wanted for an arson fire at a Slidell apartment complex, is now behind bars.
A telephone tip led to the arrest of 58-year-old David Rutledge.
Deputies say he faces 10 counts of attempted murder as well as arson charges.
The fire happened earlier this month. Some neighbors told WGNO News they heard an explosion when the fire began.
The ATF and other federal agencies helped with the case.
