METAIRIE, La. (WGNO) – Our meteorologist Jason Disharoon went out for his morning run Wednesday and stumbled upon two massive turkeys in front of a house on Arlene Street in Metairie.
According to neighbors, they are pets.
A neighbor told WGNO, she has seen them on a neighbor’s roof for about a year. Sometimes the birds will decide to hop into the front yard, instead of into the backyard, and will roam the neighborhood. She said the last time it happened was a few weeks ago.
