METAIRIE, La. (WGNO) – The seventh annual Jefferson Parish Pet Fest brought all kinds of animals together Sunday at Lafreniere Park.
Organizers say they their goal was to introduce homeless animals to animal lovers and get those homeless animals into a forever home.
In all 40 area shelter and rescue groups were in attendance.
