BATON ROUGE, La. (WGNO) – More legal moves were made Wednesday involving St. Bernard Parish President David Peralta’s indictment by a Baton Rouge grand jury.

Peralta’s attorney wanted to quash a May 6 indictment from the grand jury. That motion was under sealed by a judge, and was released to the public Wednesday morning.

Peralta’s attorney also told WGNO that Peralta was forced to answer questions about documents from the past without the benefit of seeing them first.
