NEW ORLEANS(WGNO)– The second day of tales is underway, and the crowds and cups are full! Around 18 thousand people are in attendance for the 13th season of TOTC New Orleans, and for some visitors, this is their first time on U.S soil.
In the crowd today we talked to guests who flew for as much as 20 hours to get here, from New Zealand just to experience the Crescent City in style. Spend 10 minutes in the lobby of the Monteleoen and you’ll experience notable international presence from France, the UK, Russia, Germany, Spain, and Italy.
The attendees are a mixture of international bartenders, here on business as a form of research for their bars back home, brand ambassadors, and cocktail masterminds who won full expenses paid vacations to TOTC as a grand prize in craft cocktail competitions.
