Jared joined the WGNO team in August 2023 as a Sports Reporter.
He was born and raised in Eunice, Louisiana. He received both his bachelor and master degrees in mass communication from Louisiana State University.
He previously worked as a Sports MMJ/Reporter at our sister station, WVLA, in Baton Rouge. He was also a sports intern at WAFB in Baton Rouge.
Jared says he’s most excited to report on the New Orleans Pelicans and says New Orleans is the best sports market in the state.
