NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) –  If you go into a classroom of third graders and shout out the word “cabbage”, you probably don’t get much response.

But if you say “cash for cabbage”, that’s a different story.  And if that cash is for college, that’s an even better story.

And that’s the story WGNO News with a Twist features reporter Wild Bill Wood wants to tell you.
