KENNER, La. (WGNO) — The Treasure Chest Casino announced its new restaurant concepts for its new land-based casino.
“While the Treasure Chest Casino is well known for our gaming and entertainment, we are eager to be known as a dining destination as well,” said Treasure Chest Casino Vice President and General Manager Kim Etland.
Casino leaders said four new restaurant concepts will open at the new land-based casino in late spring.
The first restaurant concept is Alder & Birch Steakhouse, and it will serve steakhouse cuisine accompanied with a New Orleans flair.
Another of the concepts is sports bar and grill, The Game, which will offer an interactive and cheery experience for guests. It features traditional American food like burgers and wings with a draft beer selection.
A third option is Infusion, which will serve sandwiches, fruit, breakfast pastries and salads. Guests can also order specialty breakfasts like breakfast burritos or ham and cheese croissants with grab and go items like iced beverages, local coffee, espresso and blended drink creations.
The final concept is the Lakeside Cafe. It will offer guests Creole cuisine that consists of classic Cajun lunch and dinner options like shrimp and grits and chicken and waffles.
