HATTIESBURG, Miss. / BRAZOS COUNTY, Texas (FOX 44) – The Texas State Crimestoppers and the Mississippi Coast Crimestoppers need your help to identify a suspect in connection with an attempted murder.

The man pictured below in believed to be traveling through the Central Texas area. Authorities say the attempted murder occurred on January 11, 2024 in the 7400 block of Highway 49 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

The man is described as approximately 275-350 pounds, and between 6’2” and 6’4”. He can be seen in surveillance photos wearing a black and red jacket underneath a black “SOX baseball“-style letterman jacket, gray jogging type pants and tan/brown work style boots.

The suspect is one of two suspects who fled the location in a white four-door 2008-2010 Honda Accord, with tinted windows and a sun roof.

There is a reward being offered by Metro Crime Stoppers, however the amount is undisclosed.  Brazos County Crime Stoppers says it will assist with coordinating any reward for information received in its area.
