NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — New Orleans police release surveillance footage that the hope will help solve a car burglary case.
The footage shows a car pull up beside another in the parking lot by City Bark dog park on Zachary Taylor Drive.
At one point in the footage, someone in the criminals’ car gets out and appears to briefly look inside another car.
Moments later, the car pulls out of its parking space and looks like it’s leaving, but then someone gets out and smashes the window of the other car.
According to police, a purse was stolen from the car.
The NOPD also posted the security camera footage on YouTube.
