Watermelon Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lime
  • 6 mint leaves,
  • 1/2 ounce of simple syrup
  • 2 oz Old New Orleans crystal rum
  • 1 oz watermelon juice

Instructions:

Combine lime, mint, simple, and rum in a shaker over ice, shake for ten seconds.  Strain over ice in a high ball glass, top with watermelon and (optional) a splash of soda.
