NEW ORLEANS (WGNO)- On Sunday, Mardi Gras went to the dogs for the Krewe of Barkus.  This popular pup parade paraded through the French Quarter.  Dogs and their owners wore festive costumes.   WGNO’s Kenny Lopez went to the parade to find some of the most festive pups!
