BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The Baton Rouge Police Department is holding a news conference about an encounter between officers and LSU freshman wide receiver Koy Moore.
The news conference is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. and body camera video is expected to be released, according to the Baton Rouge Police Department.
The news conference is taking place at BRPD Headquarters which is located at 9000 Airline Hwy.
