NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The NOPD was on the scene of a second SWAT roll Friday afternoon.
Deputies responded to the 3900 block of Tulane Avenue, where a man barricaded himself inside a location in the area.
According to the NOPD, the suspect was wanted in connection with a murder that happened in Mississippi.
Officers say the man eventually surrendered.
