NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The NOPD reported a shooting in the 3900 block of Downman Road on Tuesday at approximately 3:16 p.m.
According to a secondary report, Seventh District officers found a male victim on the ground suffering from multiple gunshot wounds at the New Orleans East location.
The victim was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
