PLAQUEMINES PARISH (WGNO)— While many people evacuated in Plaquemines Parish there were some that didn’t and now want to find a way to call their family and friends to let them know they are fine.
Well some lucky people found a spot with good Wi-Fi, so they could call their family and friends. WGNO’s Kenny Lopez brings us this report.
