Christian Olivier is a native of Marrero, Louisiana.
He was homeschooled his entire life before attending Southeastern Louisiana University. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communication and media studies with a focus in television and multimedia journalism. He also received the highest academic honor in the department.
Olivier most enjoys covering news stories about charitable causes and events.
When he’s not covering the happenings of Greater New Orleans, he can be found at church or at restaurants enjoying Louisiana’s finest cultural achievement — food.
