Mallory joined the WGNO team in August 2023 as a reporter and weekend anchor.
She hails from San Diego, California. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Mississippi. In Oxford, Mallory worked for the school’s television show, Newswatch.
Previously, she worked her way up the ranks in Sioux City, Iowa. She began as a reporter, then a weekend anchor and finally a morning anchor.
Her work in general reporting earned her an award from the Iowa Broadcast News Association.
She enjoys reporting on crime and court cases.
Mallory is most excited to be in New Orleans for the food scene and the LSU vs. Ole Miss rivalry.
In her free time, you’ll find her hanging out with her twin Siamese cats.
