NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – Funeral services are being held Monday for international celebrity chef Paul Prudhomme.
The master of Cajun cooking gained fame worldwide for his TV shows, cookbooks and spice blends.
In New Orleans, he was best known as the first American executive chef at Commander’s Palace.
He later opened his own successful restaurant, K-Paul’s Kitchen.
Prudhomme passed away last week after a short illness.
He was 75 years old.
