MANDEVILLE, La. (WGNO) — The votes are in! As Mardi Gras season comes to a close, the online king cake ranking system King Cake Snob has announced its top king cakes for 2024.
According to a release, king cake winners were chosen from five categories including traditional, filled, presentation, flavor and freshness.
Thousands of king cake lovers voted for their favorite bakery.
From a pool of hundreds of bakeries, these king cakes took home the coveted King Cake Snob “Seal of Approval:”
- Best Traditional: Randazzo’s Camellia City
- Best Filled: Caluda’s Bananas Foster
- Best Presentation: Brennan’s Bananas Foster
- Best Freshness: Sugar Love Strawberry Cream Cheese
- Best Flavor: Caluda’s Berry Chantilly
