Drink of the Day: Tokyo Sour from Ohm Lounge

1 ¼ oz. Yamazaki 12-year Whiskey
¾ oz. lemongrass syrup
¼ oz. St. Germain
¾ oz. lemon juice
1 eggwhite

Shake the above ingredients, then add ice and shake again

Strain over fresh ice and garnish with lemongrass
