NEW ORLEANS (WGNO)-  One of the stars of FX’s American Horror Story, Naomi Grossman has made a name for herself playing “Pepper” on the hit TV show.

American Horror Story is filmed in Hollywood South.  They are currently not shooting, but Grossman is back in Louisiana working on a new project to make you laugh.  She got her start in sketch comedy at “The Groundlings” in Los Angeles.  Grossman along with other comedians will be performing Improv.

“If you’ve ever seen, ‘Whose Line is it Anyways?’, it’s like that.  We feed off the audience.  Improv is like a dance.  You move this way, and I’ll go that way,”  she said.

News with a Twist’s Kenny Lopez sat down with the actress, they talked AHS, comedy, her shaving her head, what Grossman thinks is the funniest thing about herself, and her love for New Orleans.

“I have a real affinity for adventures and experiences.  That’s why I love New Orleans so much,”  Grossman said.

As for any scoop on future seasons of American Horror Story, she simply said,

“I know nothing.  I’m sorry.”

You can watch Naomi Grossman and Friends on-stage tonight, January 28th at 10 p.m. at The La Nuit Comedy Theater.  Her performance is part of the New Orleans Comedy & Arts Festival which lasts through January 30th.   Several other National comedians will be featured including The Charlatans, The Boys, Randy Liedtke, Zach McGovern and Brandon Walsh, and DJ Dougg Pound.
