The death toll from the devastating Louisiana floods is now at 13 people.

75 percent of Livingston Parish homes saw 2 to 8 feet of water

The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office released more information Wednesday, about damage and rescue efforts throughout the parish following torrential rains and flooding last week.
