NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – L. William Barse is known from working in commercial real estate. Barse also has a generous side to him.

When he is not working real estate, he’s out training dogs to be service animal for returning veterans. Some veterans suffer from severe depression and anxiety and having a reliable service dog is helpful.

Service dogs can cost from anywhere between $20-$50 thousand dollars, but Barse helps with the training for free. Because of his passion for helping others, Pizza Hut donated bags of dog food and gave William a generous donation of $1,000 to go towards his non-profit organization Doggone Express.
