This kid knows why his church is packed on Christmas

NEW ORLEANS –  It’s a tradition.

And it’s a sacred service.

WGNO News with a Twist features guy Wild Bill Wood is at Rayne Memorial United Methodist Church where the congregation is ready for the reason for the season.

It’s a tradition here since 1875 when the church was built.

The reason for the season is also tradition.

And Wild Bill gets a sermon from Maxwell Stark.

Max is an 8-year-old second grader at Metairie Park Country Day School.

And Max knows why Christmas Eve is the time his church fills up.
