If you’re noticing how packed Sucré has been over the last couple of weeks especially after 3:15pm this might go some way to explain why:
Sucré is currently taking advantage of the pride New Orleanians have for their high school by offering a competition over cupcakes. Here’s how it works, each week four schools are assigned cupcake’s, Red Velvet for the International School of Louisiana and so on. Whoever comes in and buys the most of their school’s designated cupcake by the end of the week goes on to face three other schools until the final show down.
The ultimate champion wins 1,000 dollars for their school as well as a cupcake party.
