NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – Chef Anthony Randall had a hunch.
In the kitchen where he cooks at New Orleans Hyatt Regency, something was going on with the gumbo.
Chef Anthony could just taste it.
WGNO News with a Twist features guy Wild Bill Wood sees gumbo is already on the menu here for lunch and dinner.
But the Chef sees gumbo as a bigger star, with a future that’s brighter than just a two meal a day kind of dish.
