NEW ORLEANS (WGNO)— On Friday, December 17, Peter Bowen, the Director of the city’s Office of Business and External Services was booked in the Orleans Parish Prison.
According to the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office, Bowen was arrested for DUI and other charges Friday morning.
Bowen is accused of criminal damage to property, reckless driving, and no proof of insurance.
