MARRERO, La. (WGNO) — Deputies with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office are investigating a shooting that left a man dead in Marrero on Monday, April 8.
The JPSO reported that deputies responded to a report of gunfire in the 6200 block of Lapalco Boulevard around 6 p.m.
At the scene, JPSO deputies said they found a man, who had been shot inside a crashed car that appeared to have been shot multiple times.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The JPSO did not release any additional details.
