LAPLACE, La (WGNO) — A 16-year-old boy was arrested in connection to a rape involving two juveniles.
According to officials with the St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office, officers received a complaint alleging the sexual abuse of the two juveniles.
Investigators said they found that the teen had engaged in sexual contact with the two juveniles.
He was charged with simple battery and two counts of first-degree rape. No bond has been set.
Further details have not been released, due to this being an ongoing investigation.
