ST. TAMMANY PARISH, La. (WGNO) — A 25-year-old man is wanted in connection to a fatal shooting that happened last year in Lacombe.
The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the U.S. Marshals New Orleans Task Force is looking for Marrio Haynes Jr.
It was reported that he’s wanted for second-degree murder in connection to a fatal shooting that happened on Dec. 26, 2023.
According to the sheriff’s office, Haynes and his girlfriend, Megan Coleman, were arguing when the shooting happened. The situation left the victim shot, and he later died from his injuries.
Coleman was arrested, but Haynes remains on the run.
