NEW ORLEANS — The NOPD is investigating a shooting that occurred in the Fifth District after the victim, a male, arrived at the hospital by private conveyance suffering from a gunshot wound.
The initial investigation has revealed that the incident occurred at or near George “Nick” Connor Drive and North Tonti at around 5:38p.m.
