NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans police department began investigating a shooting in the 7th Ward Tuesday night.
According to NOPD, a man was shot inside his home on North Johnson Street just after 10 p.m.
Reports show the victim heard gunshots and realized he had been hit.
The man is currently in the hospital and his condition is unknown at the time.
