NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The NOPD reported a shooting in the 1200 block of Franklin Avenue on Monday evening.
Initial reports show two victims were shot before 6:20 p.m. at the St. Roch neighborhood location.
A male victim was transported to the hospital by EMS. His condition is currently unknown.
A second male victim, later identified as 29-year-old Ronnie Bonilla, was pronounced dead on the scene.
