Directed by Selma’s Ava Duvernay, Queen Sugar is shooting in La Place and New Orleans. Duvernay not only is directing the TV series, she sits as Executive Producer along with Oprah Winfrey.
The series shoots on location around New Orleans and LaPlace, Louisiana.
