NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – Actress and DJ  Ruby Rose was kicked out of Rebellion Bar and Urban Kitchen on Friday for allegedly throwing french fries at a waiter. Some say she was having a temper tantrum, but Rose took to social media to set the record the straight.

Rose claimed that they waited 60 minutes for fries and 90 minutes for food that never actually arrived.

When she asked the bartender about the delay, he offered her party drinks, Rose said in a post on her professional Facebook page. However, she declined stating that she was sober.

Rose claimed that the bartender then made a rude remark about sobriety which set her off.

But Rose did get fries. Saturday night in Chi-town.
