(CNN) – A few things have changed in the six years since People magazine declared Ryan Reynolds the “Sexiest Man Alive!” And some of those may involve changing diapers and getting fewer hours of sleep.
They’ve also nabbed Reynolds a new title — People just named him the “Sexiest Dad Alive!”
Jimmy Fallon announced the honor Tuesday on “The Tonight Show,” unveiling the magazine cover featuring the “Deadpool” star.
“I mean scientifically speaking what’s sexier than a man that fornicates, produces children and then looks surprised about it,” Reynolds said while checking out his cover.
People’s 2010 “Sexiest Man Alive!” became a dad in December as he and his wife, Blake Lively, welcomed their daughter, James.
His new film, “Deadpool,” opens in theaters Friday.
