NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Taylor Swift fans know all too well that the number 13 is the pop star’s lucky number. Over the years, there has been so much symbolism surrounding the number 13 and Swift, and now fans online have been buzzing about the symbolism with the number and the upcoming Super Bowl.
Here are a few examples that several “Swifties” have discovered.
This year’s Super Bowl Date is Feb. 11. When you add two plus 11, that equal the number 13.
This is Super Bowl 58, when you add five plus eight together, then you get the number 13.
Fans are concerned that Swift might not be able to make it to the Super Bowl to cheer on her boyfriend, #37 Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs, because she is performing in Tokyo the day before. But fans have been able to find out that a trip from Tokyo to Las Vegas where the Super Bowl will be held will take nearly 13 hours.
Who knows, maybe Kelce and the Kansas Chiefs will win by 13 points?
