Your guide to letting the good times roll at the 2024 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — It’s festival season in New Orleans, and that means it’s almost time for the 2024 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival.

The fest will take place on April 25, 26, 27 and 28, and May 2, 3, 4 and 5, at the Fair Grounds Race Course at 1751 Gentilly Blvd. An additional day for the festivities was announced in September 2023.

This year’s poster was revealed on March 26 and features the ’60s pop girl group The Dixie Cups.

As New Orleanians and tourists alike prepare for the food, music and fun, WGNO has your guide to this year’s Jazz Fest.

Music

Festival organizers announced in November 2023 that The Rolling Stones will perform at this year’s fest. Attendees can expect a music lineup featuring a wide variety of artists, some including:

Food

Another highly anticipated part of Jazz Fest is the food. According to the Jazz Fest website, this year’s food lineup includes classic favorites like crawfish bread and Crawfish Monica, and an array of drinks including strawberry lemonade and Rosemint Herbal Iced Tea.
