New Orleans- Orleans Parish Criminal District Court plans for a slow reopening two weeks after the city’s stay-at-home order has been lifted.

Criminal court will function with three courtrooms open per day.

Everyone will be required to have their temperature checked upon entering the courtroom.

Attorneys, members of the public, and criminal defendants will have the option to join proceedings by video conference.

Jury trials will remain suspended through June 30th.
