You might not know it, but the sun has what astronomers refer to as a “heartbeat” and scientists in England say the irregularity of the sun’s “pulse” could cause a deep freeze in 15 years.

The “solar heartbeat” is a fluctuating energy cycle.

Researchers designed a model that predicts a sharp drop in solar energy, sometime during the 2030’s.

They say the northern hemisphere could experience a deep freeze.

Other scientists caution that the study needs further review.
