All you have to do is head over to one of the locations of Langenstein’s and pick up what is, for the most part, a cheese ball in a box. But it’s actually better.
It’s Better Cheddar.
A mix of mayo, walnuts, cayenne pepper, green onions and garlic according to the head chef of Better Cheddar.
Better Cheddar was the recipe of the Uncle of Langenstein’s owner Ellis Lanaux.
It’s been on the shelf, well, in the fridge since the 70’s.
Have yourself a Better Cheddar little Christmas.
Save some for Santa.
