NEW ORLEANS (WGNO)- New Orleans Pelicans player, Anthony Davis, and his family served up meals at the New Orleans Mission Monday night ahead of Thanksgiving. The game plan for food featured pie, turkey, sweet potatoes, gravy, and pasta. The meals assisted those who are in need.
The event was part of A.D.’s flight academy, a monthly program where Davis gives back to members to the Greater New Orleans community.
Davis mingled with the guest as they went through the service line.
