DESTREHAN, La. (WGNO) – Destrehan football fans are pumped-up Friday night for one of the school’s biggest games of the season.
But fans aren’t so ready to talk about the big events of the week.
Two teachers were arrested for allegedly having group sex with a sixteen year old student.
The high school sex scandal story involving an alleged threesome with teachers Shelley Dufresne and Rachel Respess is a viral sensation making headlines worldwide.
But few are willing to talk about it publicly.
“The word is mum,” says one Destrehan supporter. “We don`t know nothing about it. Ain’t talking about none of that. We got a sausage role if you want it though.”
“She was my English teacher,” says a former student. “I could never think of something like that but, hey.”
His buddy chimes in, “That`s the coolest dude ever in life. You know what I’m saying? It`s every boy’s childhood dream.”
The incident is alleged to have happened Sept. 12th after a football game.
Both teachers have since posted bond and are out of jail.
As a condition of Dufresne’s release she can only leave home to attend mental health treatment.
