NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – Being a car owner in New Orleans isn’t always easy, especially if you’re the person who decided it would be easier to buy new tires than pay to have boots removed.
Someone saw the tires sitting on the side of St. Charles Avenue, along with an NOPD officer laughing at the scene.
He took pictures to document the encounter.
“When it’s cheaper to get new rims n tires than it is to pay that fine,” he says in the post.
It looks like the passengers on the street car passing by were amused by the tires as well.
