NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Pedestrians in the French Quarter were pelted with torrential rain on Saturday.
Flash flood warning were in effect for most of the afternoon and Earth Cam footage of Bourbon Street showed just how deep the water rose along the curbs at the intersection of Bourbon and St. Peter Street.
