WILLIAMSPORT, PA – The Eastbank Little League came out ahead against New Jersey on Wednesday’s Little League World Series game.
The 4-1 victory eliminated NJ, but sent LA onto the next round.
The River Ridge team is the first New Orleans area team to ever make it to Williamsport for the Little League World Series.
Only two wins separate the LA team from the LLBWS Championship.
LA plays again tomorrow. Thursday, August 22, at 6 P.M.
