NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Family and friends paid their final respects to an NOPD officer, killed in the line of duty.
Officer Daryle Holloway was shot to death, police say, by a suspect he was taking to jail. A memorial mass was held for officer Holloway at St. Maria Goretti church in New Orleans East.
Holloway was laid to rest following the mass, in Saint Louis Cemetery number-three on Esplanade Ave.
