HAHNVILLE, La. (WGNO) – Former Destrehan teacher Shelley Dufresne appeared before a judge in St. Charles Parish to answer charges that she had sex with one of her students.
Dufresne pleaded not guilty to charges that she had sex with a 16-year-old student on several occasions.
Dufresne and another former Destrehan teacher, Rachel Respess also face charges in Jefferson Parish, where the two are accused of having a 3-way tryst with the same 16-year-old student at Respess’ Kenner apartment.
