NEW ORLEANS– Every Halloween the mansion on the corner of State Street and St. Charles is all decked out with creative and quirky skeletons in the front yard.   Each skeleton has a funny name that will definitely tickle your funny bone!   News with a Twist Reporter Kenny Lopez went to check out what skeletons are new this year!
